It features an all-new swivel design and a flushed Retractable Razer™ HyperClear Super Wideband Mic. With the ability to individually customize each lighting zone, it is Razer’s first 9-zone RGB gaming headset. What connectivity options are available on the Razer Kraken V4? The headset offers 3 modes of connectivity; 2.4GHz wireless via the provided Type C Razer HyperSpeed wireless dongle, Bluetooth mode supported by Razer SmartSwitch Dual Wireless, and USB-wired via the provided USB Type C to Type A cable. Should I be using Razer HyperSpeed Wireless (2.4GHz) or Bluetooth for PC gaming? Razer HyperSpeed Wireless (2.4GHz) is optimal for gaming with its ultra-low latency of 20 ms and more stable connectivity, while Bluetooth offers mobile convenience on the go without the need for an additional wireless dongle. What audio EQ profile should I be using? For the best audio experience, Razer recommends using the ‘Game’ EQ for competitive shooter games, ‘Movie’ EQ for MOBAs, RPGs or watching movies, and ‘Music’ EQ for all forms of music content. A fourth ‘Custom’ EQ is also available. All audio EQ profiles can be personalized via the Razer Synapse app to strike that perfect audio balance.
