Customers who have previously received or are entitled to receive the 80,000 Velocity Points will not be eligible to receive another 80,000 Velocity Points. To be eligible to receive 80,000 Velocity Points, you must spend a minimum of $5,000 on eligible purchases using your new card within 3 months from approval. Your total balance transfers may not exceed 80% of your credit limit. All rewards are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Citi Rewards Program.
